  <title>Under the Weather</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;I have a head cold. Great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Nothing like swollowing snot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was bad yesterday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had Coffee&amp;nbsp; (breakfast)&lt;br /&gt;-very small bowl of cereal (lunch)&lt;br /&gt;-fruit cup&lt;br /&gt;-Wendy&apos;s potato&lt;br /&gt;-Wendy&apos;s chili&lt;br /&gt;-Soda: Pepsi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think I did alright at the begining of the day, but at the mall...I caved. &amp;gt;.&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp; It wouldn&apos;t have been so bad if the potato and chili offered good things like vitamins. As it was, i think all i got was starch and a little protein.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m not even to upset about that. What i&apos;m upset about is the soda. I&apos;m trying to get soda out of my diet completely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My goal is to get down to three small healthy meals a day, with the combination of exercise. Skinny and toned. Gotta find the balance. I have too much shit to do to lose energy. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did do some exercising though. Even though my abs still hurt from the other day at the gym, I did even more crunches this morning and last night.
